Research standards
Casino sister-site research starts with the company accepting your account, not a star score. We check published agreements and company announcements before describing two brands as connected.
A confirmed owner doesn't make every sister suitable for every customer. Your existing registration, account restrictions and the casino's current conditions need answers of their own.
The displayed casino scores don't come with a published Vivaldo scoring formula or documented account-testing results. We haven't carried out deposit tests that would justify treating a decimal difference as a measured improvement. A 4.9 rating shouldn't be read as proof that a casino is more dependable than one displaying 4.8.
Our ownership research is separate from those numerical labels. A star rating cannot establish whether two casinos share an operator or accept the same login. We assess those statements against named companies and published account terms, without converting them into a claim about the likelihood of winning.
The casino's customer agreement identifies the business accepting the registration. A parent company's announcement can establish who owns that business, but it doesn't replace the customer agreement. We keep the casino address and country with the company name so similarly branded services aren't mixed together.
Account help must support any further statement about shared access or restrictions. A supplier announcement establishes a technology relationship, not necessarily shared ownership. When the available information stops at the operator connection, we don't extend it into an unconfirmed promise about balances or credentials.
| Claim | Supporting information |
|---|---|
| Operator | The company named in the casino's customer agreement. |
| Owner | A company announcement identifying the completed purchase. |
| Shared account | Published terms naming the services that share access. |
| Past relationship | A dated record distinguishing former and current operators. |
A completed sale and an announced proposal belong to different stages of a transaction. We use the completion information before describing a casino as part of its buyer's group. Older ownership details remain relevant when they explain an account opened before the transfer.
Heart Bingo's former Gamesys connection is one such historical relationship. Treating it as current would confuse its earlier customer history with the company running today's service. We keep a date beside a research check, because later terms or ownership changes can alter the answer.
Matching offers and familiar games don't establish that casinos are sisters. We don't use the size of a welcome offer, a cashback label or payment logos to support a company relationship. The receiving casino's current terms determine whether a promotion applies to your account.
Casino links marked as sponsored are separate from the documents supporting our research. An outgoing link isn't a source for a shared-login claim. Gambling is for adults, and a comparison should never encourage you to ignore a restriction or spend money needed for ordinary bills.

I check company names and distinguish completed ownership changes from proposed deals. I'd leave an account feature unconfirmed when the available terms don't establish it.

Company and account information establish a sister-site relationship, not star ratings. Identical scores, games or promotional labels don't confirm a shared operator.
We haven't opened accounts or deposited money to test the published relationships. Our checks concern documents and company information; they don't establish hands-on results for every customer feature.
