UK casino ownership

Who owns which UK casino?

UK casino ownership groups include Flutter, MGM Resorts and Bally's. The licensed operator still determines who accepts your gambling agreement.

SkillOnNet licenses PlayOJO alongside several separately branded online casinos. Corporate ownership doesn't establish one account across every related name.

Ownership doesn't settle account access

Sky joined Flutter when The Stars Group combination completed in 2020. Sky's account agreement still excludes wider brands such as Betfair.

MGM Resorts acquired LeoVegas before launching BetMGM UK in 2023. British accounts remain separate from American BetMGM registrations and rewards, because the UK launch uses LeoVegas Gaming rather than the overseas service.

Restrictions can reach related brands

Jackpotjoy describes account closures linked to other Gamesys brands. Gamesys Operations Limited remains the British licensee after the 2025 Intralot transaction, so a new corporate name doesn't itself establish different account rules.

GamStop protection reaches participating British online operators across corporate groups. A different parent company doesn't remove your active self-exclusion.
